WHAT WE DO
A typical quadcopter's battery lasts around 30 minutes. This severely restricts the potential of drones: having an aerial vantage point is not that useful if you have to land every 30 minutes. By using electromagnetic waves, we aim to power a quadcopter from a distance of 100 meters. Combining the payload savings (from reducing the amount of battery needed) with a capability to stay in the air for hours, not minutes, opens use cases that were previously impossible.
